1. Verifies that all reconciliation for A/R accounts is completed accurately and on time.
2. Responsible for insuring that cash received in A/R is applied and deposited on a timely basis.
3. Responsible for the lock box application; including Checks, EDI, Wires and verifies deposits are loaded into the SAP (A/R system) daily and reconciled to reports provided by both the bank and the SAP.
4. Process credit card payments as needed.
5. Process other transactions, i.e.: Offsets, Check requests and B-Codes (small dollar journal entries).
6. Researches Customer Accounts/Transactions regarding information within the A/R area as requested, such as short and over payments, and Customer Disputes and Refunds.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Areas of responsibility include furnaces, boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, materials selection, and quality control. Experience with design and fabrication of high temperature piping and equipment is desired.

Responsibilities also include providing operating plant support for the HyCO business. This support requires interaction with Operations personnel to solve plant problems with equipment and piping.

Travel to supplier shops, construction sites, and operating plants both domestically and internationally is required. The amount of travel is normally 15-30%.

The successful candidate should have 5 years experience performing detailed design of pressurized equipment. A piping background is beneficial.

The position requires significant interaction with suppliers and engineering contractors. The successful candidate should have effective communication skills and be able to lead global team members to closure on technical issues.

Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Associate at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

This position is responsible for weekly pay generation and delivery for the U.S. employee population. Additional duties include remittance of payroll taxes and union dues, payroll account funding and reconciliation, periodic reporting to taxing authorities, preparing wire transfers using bank software, SAP HR master data maintenance related to payroll, resolving pay generation issues, and tier 2 support for Payroll inquiries. This position is a member of the Payroll Team located in Allentown. Interaction with personnel across the Air Products organization and external vendors is required on a regular basis.

This position requires a modified schedule on payroll processing days (Monday and/or Thursday). The incumbent must be able to adjust their work hours weekly to accommodate the payroll processing schedule including accelerated paydates. In addition, quarterly and annual requirements will require the individual to work overtime.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience with a multi-state employer.
* Experience working in an operational environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
* Transaction processing in an integrated ERP environment such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills and systems aptitude.
* Able to deal with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work as part of a team and cope with peaks in workload.
* Ability to work independently is essential.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.

Job Description and Qualifications Air Products' Express Services (APEX) team provides short-term nitrogen and hydrogen supply to a wide variety of customers, primarily in the refining industries. This is a growing services offering in a mature marketplace, supporting customers such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, and Boeing. The Regional Manager will support all aspects of the day-to-day operation, including supervision and equipment maintenance, will gain technical proficiency in APEX applications, and build strong customer relationships in support of our commercial goals.

This key position will manage sixteen direct reports at four field service locations, and will be responsible for successful project execution (magnitude of projects may exceed $5 million). Additionally, the manager will directly support technical initiatives such as equipment repair and refurbishment, safety evaluations, and value-added technical applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in the management of hourly employees, comprehensive technical ability, and excellent customer interface skills.

Candidates for the site supervisor position will be evaluated on the basis of:
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of success with Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement.
- Experience in management of non-exempt employees, although strong candidates lacking this experience may be considered.
- Operations management experience, focused on controlling costs and delivering customer satisfaction.
- The ability to promote respect and teamwork within the immediate group and with supporting groups.
- Having a demonstrated record of high performance.

Qualifications:
A flexible and creative approach to problem solving
A BS in an applicable engineering discipline or exceptionally strong technical aptitude

Routine domestic travel will be necessary to support the management of the field locations. Occasionally, the direct support of unusually large or complex jobs will require extended travel (maximum of two weeks). The preferred location of this job is Allentown, but California will be considered.
