Qualification:
College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Accounting a plus, or equivalent business experience Knowledge of one or more of the following individual life insurance products: Traditional Life Insurance, Variable Life Insurance, Universal Life Insurance, Variable/Universal Life Insurance, Annuities, a plus. Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an opening for an Epoxy Additives North American Section Lead at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The incumbent needs to possess specialist technical knowledge in the area of 2 component Epoxy systems and will be expected to lead gated development projects that meet individual customer and general market needs in the Civil Engineering and Coating market sectors. This will entail developing and performance testing of new amine based curing agents and the generation of support data that demonstrates their performance applicability across the market segments highlighted above. The incumbent will also have the additional responsibility for managing the day to day activities of the North American Epoxy Additives team, in order to support the business goals and objectives. These activities will include assigning and monitoring of projects and assisting in the performance development plans of the Applications Team. A successful candidate will have good application, leadership, organization and communication skills (both written and verbal). The candidate will be expected to communicate regularly with the global technical and commercial portfolio leads and maintain a close working relationship with customers, external collaborators and technical and business colleagues (applications research/development/technical service chemists, process engineers, regional and global marketing and sales people).

The successful candidate will be expected to give oral presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences within the company and at customer sites. Timely pursuance of intellectual property protection, including filing of patent applications, writing public disclosures, and documenting results and project progress, will also be required. The candidate must have a strong commitment to safety, health and environmental leadership.

This position requires a minimum of a Masters Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science and at least 5 years of industrial experience, especially in the area of formulating with epoxy-amine based curing agents. The candidate needs to have a proven track record of a product and application development and supervisory experience. The ability to enhance their technical knowledge in emerging markets in order to make significant contributions to the team as well as the ability to function well in regional and global teams environment are additional requirements.

Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an Electrical Designer in the Design Group at its Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Center (SEMC) in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Base Skills:
* Self-Starter - Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a workgroup in a manufacturing environment.
* Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
* Strong Computer Skills.
* Positive attitude.

The candidate’s main role will be the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to develop/maintain manufacturing and vendor drawings from specifications, instructions, sketches and layouts prepared by others and enter/maintain data in the company’s ERP system.

Skills Required:
* Use and operation of Solid Works 3D CAD / modeling software. Knowledge of other SolidWorks applications (Router, PDMWorks) is a plus.
* Microstation 2D & 3D CAD modeling software proficiency is a plus.
* Drafting practices and procedures, basic design standards and applications theory, equipment and materials knowledge, basic math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and be able to express information in verbal and written form.
* Instrument, Electrical, and Controls design capability - (600 VAC, 3 Phase and below).
* Ability to read P&ID's, ladder logic, wiring schematics and be familiar with microprocessor-based controllers and PLCs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have:
• a minimum of 5-10 years experience with an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
• intermediate CAD skill level or greater…SolidWorks preferred, Microstation 2D accepted.
• a willingness to work in a team environment and actively participate on work process improvement initiatives.
• a willingness to learn and further develop technical skills.
