Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an Income Tax Controller at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Description:

-Responsible for the accurate computation of the income tax provision and deferred taxes on a global basis in accordance with FAS 109, FIN 48, and APB 23
-Review all foreign computations/submissions related to income taxes to ensure compliance with US GAAP
-FASB 109 research
-Work with Corporate Decision Support in preparartion of quarterly effective tax rate.
-Ownership of the tax reserve process under FIN 48 and the tax credits and adjustments schedule.
-Responsible for the preparation of all disclosures related to income taxes in the quarterly and annual financial statements
-Global SOX coordinator for income taxes

Requirements:

MBA with 5-10 years experience.
