Job Description:
Open/date stamp/sort/coordinate distribution of incoming correspondence to teams twice a day Overnight deliveries distribute within 24 hrs. of receipt Run MIB’s for EOI’s twice a day Sort/distribute reports, rerouted billing statements & GUL bills once a day Request/distribute/retrieve master files Assign & track alternate Social Security Numbers Update/maintain Beneficiary changes Print/distribute COB’s to staff Assist Teams in projects upon request Overall understanding & support of departmental goals, objectives & organizational structure & responsibilities. Service customers to meet their needs. Involves receiving & returning calls timely from our internal customers. Participate & assist team in meeting department goals by performing various clerical duties. Quality Team Average of 98% Billing Turnaround Time 2.0 days Customer Service Score Less than or equal to 3.0.%
Qualification:
High School diploma, equivalent, or 1-2 years business work experience Typing and data entry skills are critical Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Flexibility – able to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations Ability to handle multiple tasks in one’s daily routine as well as the ability to prioritize based on workload Interested individuals should submit their posting application to Human Resources by 5:00 on Monday, May 12th.
