Job Description:
Open/date stamp/sort/coordinate distribution of incoming correspondence to teams twice a day. Overnight deliveries distributed within 24 hrs Run MIB’s for EofI’s twice a day Sort/distribute system report & daily rerouted bills once a day Request/distribute/retrieve master files. Assign and track dummy SS# for employees. Update/maintain Bene changes Print/distribute COB’s to staff. GUL bills Assist teams upon request. Process ZEUS work to support GCA Department and help control expenses. Process member and plan changes in ZEUS within service times & quality standards. Process mail/faxes via Guardian Anytime: 12 – 16 pieces of mail/fax per hr Accurately batch & enter live checks into ZEUS system by 1:00 pm daily. Perform end of day balancing, which includes totals from lockbox, local deposits & wire transfers. Notified Acct Spec I/II of wire transfers & delivers NG check Accurately & timely enter vouchers into Peoplesoft daily. Check remits for payment status as needed. Overall understanding and support of company/dept goals, objectives and organizational structure/responsibilities. Service customers. Involves receiving and returning calls timely from internal customers. Participate & assist team in meeting dept & overall office goals by performing various clerical duties to ensure service standards are met. QA Team Avg of 98% Billing Turnaround Time 2.0 days CE Score <= 3.0% Overall understanding and support of company/dept goals, objectives and organizational structure/responsibilities. Qualification:
High School diploma, equivalent, or 2-3 years business work experience Typing and data entry skills are critical Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Flexibility – able to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations Ability to handle multiple tasks in one’s daily routine as well as the ability to prioritize based on workload Interested individuals should submit their posting application to Human Resources by 5:00 on Monday, May 12th.
