| Guardian Life Insurance Company is looking to hire an experienced management consultant with six sigma certification for our Bethlehem, PA and New York, NY locations for their Process Improvement and Service Strategy Department. The Senior Consultant position will support the Individual Life Insurance organization by leading data gathering, analysis and project planning for major operational improvement and analytics projects as well as consulting and advising with several levels of the organization relating to these initiatives. Major project areas of focus will include process analytics, business unit performance measurement & management, benchmarking and best practices definition and supporting the development of an operational excellence culture. | |
| Qualification: | |
| Experience: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in consulting, project management and/or supporting major corporate initiatives in a high-visibility project environment, preferably at a major consulting firm in the financial services industry. Life insurance experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working with senior management of a large corporation. Demonstrated record of managing projects to successful completion. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications required. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus. Six Sigma certified or progress toward achieving Yellow/Green/Black belt status. | |
