Job Description:
Design, development and administration of new annuity products and annuity riders using annuity business domain knowledge, Transcend Annuity Administration System expertise. Required skills include Magic, Java, J2EE, Oracle PL SQL, Unix Shell scripting; will also develop and support external business interfaces for Actuarial, Marketing/Communication, Accounting, Mutual Fund Management, Broker Dealers, Hedging specialists and customers. Products include enhancements for on line management of annuity accounts.
Qualification:
BS in Computer Science or engineering 2 years experience in job offered or as software developer/programmer/analyst SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: (1) minimum 6 months experience in MAGIC programming language and Transcend Annuity Administration System (2) two years experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix Shell scripting, Java, J2EE (3) At least 2 Life Office Management Association (LOMA) Associate Annuity Products & Administration (AAPA) Certification exams.
