Job Description:
To support the business community through participating in procedural changes and/or system enhancements that increase operating efficiency, reduce expenses, assist in bringing new products to market and establish regulatory compliance. Major Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Gather business requirements and translating them into detailed system requirements, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined through workflow, business needs are documented and limitations or risks are understood Research, analyze and document current systems and processes to support the development of new systems/processes and /or modifications to existing ones. Develop user-acceptance test scenarios and test cases; and perform user-acceptance testing Communicate and interact with appropriate groups during testing to report bugs and identify changes that may impact data, workflow and/or functionality Act as a liaison between the business community and the Information Technology staff Utilize project management procedures and tools for assigned tasks Partake in issue resolution by practicing problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques Contribute to the team by assuming additional tasks and responsibilities to meet business priorities Assist in the resolution and implementation of production system problems / fixes

Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of billing experience in the GPC BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent business experience Detailed knowledge of the Zeus system and how it interfaces with other Group systems Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of present billing, eligibility and premium processes Exhibits flexibility in handling multiple tasks, responding rapidly to changing priorities, and working within tight deadlines Successful candidates must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to independently exercise professional judgment Proven strong problem solving, analytical and fact-finding skills Strong PC Skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Interested individuals should submit their posting application to Human Resources by 5:00 on Thursday, November 20th.
