Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an experienced Admin Coordinator at its Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Center (SEMC) facility in Allentown, PA.

The Admin Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple managers and supervisors in support of manufacturing operations. Candidate must be flexible to manage multiple tasks and participate in fast-paced manufacturing environment, including the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordination duties for the facility, serving as Outlook delegate to multiple managers
- Correspondence/document preparation/transmittal/filing
- Routine keyboarding/copying/scanning
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- International and domestic travel arrangements
- Ordering of office/IT/meeting supplies utilizing online purchasing tools
- Planning and organization of various events such as lunches/dinners/special events
- Sorting of mail

Additional responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of monthly safety/business meetings, maintenance of related files and other regulated documents (EH&S), including the research of and preparation of monthly safety information to be presented to plant wide operating staff.

Duties also include human resources transactions (time entry, employee transfers, wage changes, position modify/create, etc).

As the front desk receptionist, the Admin Coordinator functions as the first contact for visitors and main incoming telephone lines at the SEMC facility.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and organization skills are required
- Must be confident, personable, professional, diplomatic, detail oriented, and accurate
- Strong internet/intranet skills are necessary; must be skilled in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher
- Experience with databases a plus, including ability to extract data, compile reports, and publish monthly metrics
